Conditions of participation

With the registration for the Race around Niederösterreich, the solo rider or the team (represented by the contact person of the team) acquires a starting place for the respective competition. (Note according to data protection law: Your data will be saved automatically.)

ATTENTION: The registration fee is non-refundable, except in the case of non-acceptance of the registration. There is no transfer of the starting place to the next event or to another person or event. Participant cancellation insurance is the responsibility of the respective solo rider/team and is recommended! Cancellation insurance can be done with any insurance company, ask your insurance agent! The following applies to teams: The participating team can nominate a suitable substitute participant up to the day before the start of the race, provided that he/she fulfills the requirements for participation.

If the event is canceled due to force majeure (flooding, storms, cold, snow, official requirements, etc.), non-attendance, cancellation or shortening of the race for reasons for which the organizer is not responsible, the participant is not entitled to a refund of the registration fee and nor for compensation for other damages, such as travel or accommodation costs. A mandatory requirement for participation is the acceptance of the conditions of participation, knowledge of the rules and submission of the declaration of release from liability signed by the riders and all crew members (see Downloads) in the race office.
